Registration

Check out time is till 10:00. Check in time is from 12:00.

Cancelation Terms / Prepayment

Prepayments in the amount of 50% of total cost of reservation. Reservation can be changed or removed for 21 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival in the room booked the prepayment will not be refunded.

Children and extra beds

Children until 5 without provision of extra bed acommodated free of charge. Acommodation of adults and children older than 5 on extra beds costs 100 UAH.

Pets

Acommodation of pets must be agreed with administration of the hotel.

Credit card payment is not provided.
